By the way, I tried adding banana to my Kellogg’s Special K Original for breakfast and it tasted super delicious! The crunchy multi grain flakes with less than 2% fat with the soft banana slices …… what a splendid combination!
Will add other fruits and don’t forget the tasty blended low fat milk shake that you can make out of it too!

ReplyDeleteTry bananas or strawberries! With the Original, it needs something to offset the flakes (the flakes are much lighter with the Red Berry or Almond flavors) so fruit is the best way to start!
Just be warned that with bananas, they usually help you run to the toilet a bit faster! :) :)
