A Little Something About My World - Here, There, Everywhere
I’ve recently been sponsored by Kellogg’s Special K and honestly, its really an honor for me! But the point is, it really does work for me. Every time I’m hungry or feeling too lazy to cook, it’s a perfect meal and healthier too!
Just the other night, I was working till late and I was done only by about 1030pm; got home close to 11pm. I mean, how on earth am I supposed to find food and more importantly, the whole supper thing was always a no-no for me. I can’t possibly eat oily, fried, or even instant noodles so late at night (although it is a naughty habit once in a while!) so I was sitting there, thinking, I’m so tired but I know if I don’t eat, I’ll be hungry and get gastric. Then I was like, wait a second! Special K! Duh! And I had a bowl of the Almond flavored one; perfect. No need for cooking, no fuss and less than 2% fat and only 165 calories . YAY! Had to take a picture to commemorate the moment… J
Anyway, I love the Special K look and was playing with the box; did a little Warhol-ing, and Sketching, and Painting!

By the way, I tried adding banana to my Kellogg’s Special K Original for breakfast and it tasted super delicious! The crunchy multi grain flakes with less than 2% fat with the soft banana slices …… what a splendid combination!
Will add other fruits and don’t forget the tasty blended low fat milk shake that you can make out of it too!
Couldn’t decide what to snack yesterday ... fruit flavors or the Chocolate or Honey Nut?
They all taste so good and it’s perfect for afternoon munchies.
And finally, my choice was Honey Nut, packed with crunchy nuts, crispy flakes and a touch of golden honey!

I like the control over the number of calories that I put in my tummy, and I don’t have to think so hard on where to go and what to eat, its right here! Bon Appetit!
